ITI

ITI stands for Industrial Training Institute. ITIs are the government training institutes for technical trainings. ITI provides many diploma courses after class 10th. ITI courses after class 10th are for those students who want to pursue short-term courses in order to get early jobs. Industrial training institutes offers different courses in engineering as well non-engineering fields.

ITI Courses Eligibility Criteria

  • You must have cleared class 10th/ class 8th.

  • It is mandatory for students to have passing marks in all the exams.
  • Depending upon the choice of ITI course in which you want to take admission, you must compulsorily have some subjects at the class 10th/ class 8th level.

IIT

IIT stands for Indian Institutes of Technologies. IIT provides different degree courses in engineering , architecture , planning etc. There are total 23 IITs present in India. Indian Institute of Technology is the most reputed government institute to pursue engineering degree in India.

How get into IIT 

In order to get admission in IIT student have to go through two exams.

1) JEE (Joint Entrance Exam ) Mains.

2) JEE Advanced.

These are the two exams which students have to crack in order to get into IIT. First students have to give JEE mains and then JEE advance. Both of these exams contain all your PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) syllabus.
